For large groups we recommend starting at least six months ahead, so the best flights, rooms and venues are still available.

Participant registration, rooming, passports, visas, dietary needs and insurance.
2 weeksPre-departure briefing
Final programme, coach and room assignments, packing notes and contacts for every traveller.
