On to Rabat: the Hassan Tower and the blue-and-white lanes of the Kasbah of the Udayas.

Into the Rif mountains to Chefchaouen, the town painted in every shade of blue.

Fez: the old medina, a maze of lanes and workshops, and the leather tanneries from above.

Ifrane, the alpine-style town in the Middle Atlas, then over the Tizi n’Talghamt pass to Erfoud on the edge of the desert.
