The Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, with a camel ride.
The step pyramid at Saqqara, and Memphis.
The Grand Egyptian Museum, the new home of Egypt’s antiquities beside the Pyramids.
Fly to Aswan.

Aswan, board the Nile cruiseB, L, D
The High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk.
Board the cruise ship, and sail around Elephantine Island by felucca.
Optional: a Nubian village, and a sound and light show.

Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, EdfuB, L, D
An early start for Abu Simbel, the rock temples of Ramesses II.
Sail to Kom Ombo and its double temple, then on to Edfu.

Edfu, Esna, LuxorB, L, D
By horse carriage to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of the best preserved in Egypt.
Through the Esna lock to Luxor.
A galabeya party on board.

Luxor, then fly to CairoB, L, D
The Colossi of Memnon.
The Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut.
Karnak and Luxor Temple.
Optional: a sunrise hot-air balloon flight.
Fly back to Cairo.
